Chapter 43.--JURORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      43-156.   Same; right to serve as juror; qualification as elector.No person shall be excluded from service as a grand or petit juror inthe district courts of Kansas on account of race, color, religion, sex,national origin, or economic status. Every juror, grand and petit, shall bea citizen of the state, resident of the county and possess thequalifications of an elector as now, or in the future established.
