Chapter 43.--JURORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      43-157.   Same; definitions.As used in this act unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Jurylist" means a list of those persons qualified for jury duty in a county assuch list is prepared in accordance with this act;

      (b)   "Commissioner" or "jury commissioner" means the judge or judges ofthe district court in each county, or a person appointed to serve as jurycommissioner by a district court;

      (c)   "Wheel" means a container in which may be placed cards bearing thenames of persons on the jury list of a county.
