Chapter 43.--JURORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      43-160.   Same; taxpayers of municipality not excluded from jury servicein actions against municipality.In all actions brought by or against any county, city or other municipalcorporations, inhabitants of the same may be jurors if otherwise competentand qualified and may not be disqualified from serving as jurors in anysuch action for the sole reason of being taxpayers thereof.
