Chapter 43.--JURORS Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      43-170.   Jury service; summoning jurors.Whenever names of members of a jury panel or additional names for a jurypanel have been drawn, the jury commissioner or jury clerk shall certifythe list thereof to the clerk of the court where such panel or additionaljurors are to serve. The clerk of such court shall issue proper summons forsuch persons to appear in such court for jury service on the date and atthe time specified by the judge of such court.
