44-1007
44-1007. Invalidity of part.If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this act or theapplication thereof to any person or circumstances shall for any reason beadjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid such judgmentshall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this act and theapplication thereof to other persons or circumstances but shall be confinedin its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph or part thereofdirectly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have beenrendered and the persons or circumstances involved. It is hereby declaredto be the legislative intent that this act would have been adopted had suchprovisions not been included.
