44-1025. Same; cooperation of commission with local agencies;agreements.The commission may cooperate with local agencies charged with theadministration of local fair housing ordinances and, with the consent ofsuch agencies, utilize the services of such agencies and their employeesand, notwithstanding any other provision of law, may reimburse suchagencies and their employees for services rendered to assist the commissionin carrying out this act. In furtherance of such cooperative efforts, thecommission may enter into written agreements with such local agencies. Allsuch agreements and terminations thereof shall be made available to thepublic by the commission.
