44-1033. Initiation and processing complaints; use of information.If the compliance review conducted by the commission reveals anyviolation of the Kansas act against discrimination, the commission mayinitiate a complaint and process such complaint in the manner provided forprocessing complaints of unlawful employment practices. The informationgathered in the course of the compliance review may be used in processingthe complaint.
