44-1035. Information on racial identification maintained solely on payrolltapes; retrieval restricted.Information concerning the racial identification of state employeesshall be permanently maintained solely on the payroll tapes in custodyof the state department of administration. Such information shall beretrieved from the payroll tapes only upon the written authorization ofthe commission or the equal employment opportunity office of the departmentof administration. The department of administration mayprovide such information to the director of personnelservices instatistical form without the identification of specific individuals ifthe director of personnel services shall make such request.
