      44-1042.   Award of compensatory damages; reduction.If the commission includes an award of compensatory damages in any finalorder entered against a respondent after a hearing or if an award ofcompensatory damages against a respondent is included in a conciliationagreement, the total amount of such damages awarded shall be reduced by theamount of any compensation received by the complainant as a direct resultof the alleged act of discrimination from the time the alleged act ofdiscrimination occurred until the time such order is entered or agreementis entered into.
