Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 11.--DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT

      44-1128.   Construction of act.Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit:

      (a)   Consideration or application of characteristics directly affecting thecredit worthiness of a member of the military; or

      (b)   sales promotions or discounts limited to members of specified groups ofpeople.
