Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 12.--MINIMUM WAGE AND MAXIMUM HOURS

      44-1212.   Other laws more favorable to employees not affecteduntil specifically superseded.On and after January 1, 1978, any standards relating to minimum wages,maximum hours, overtime compensation or other working conditions ineffect under any other law of this state on the effective date of thisact which are more favorable to employees than those applicablehereunder shall not be deemed to be amended, rescinded or otherwiseaffected by K.S.A. 44-1201 to 44-1213, inclusive, but shallcontinue in full force and effect until they are specificallysuperseded by standards more favorable to such employees by operation ofor in accordance with K.S.A. 44-1201 to 44-1213, inclusive,or rules and regulations adopted hereunder.
