Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 12.--MINIMUM WAGE AND MAXIMUM HOURS

      44-1213.   Right of employees to bargain collectively notaffected.Nothing in K.S.A. 44-1201 to 44-1213, inclusive, shall bedeemed to interfere with, impede or in any way diminish the right ofemployees to bargain collectively with their employers, throughrepresentatives of their own choosing, in order to establish wages orother conditions of work in excess of the applicable minimumrequirements of K.S.A. 44-1201 to 44-1213, inclusive.
