Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 16.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      44-1603.   Inspection records, maintenance.The owner of an amusement ride shall retain at all times currentmaintenance and inspection records for such ride. Such records shall beavailable to any person contracting with the owner for the amusement ride'soperation.
