Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 16.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      44-1604.   Testing of amusement rides.No amusement ride shall be operated in this state unlessnondestructive testing of the ride has been conducted in accordance with therecommendations of the manufacturer of the ride and in conformance withstandards at least equivalent to those of theAmerican society for testing and materials that are in effect on the effectivedate of this act.
