Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 16.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      44-1608.   Contracting for operation of amusementride, requirements.Any person contracting with an owner for the amusement ride'soperation shall ensure that:

      (a)   Inspection certificates required byK.S.A. 2009 Supp.44-1602, andamendments thereto,are available;

      (b)   maintenance and inspection records required byK.S.A. 2009 Supp.44-1603,and amendmentsthereto, are available; and

      (c)   safety instructions for the ride are posted as required by K.S.A. 2009Supp. 44-1606 and amendments thereto.
