Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 16.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      44-1610.   Penalties for violation of act.(a) It is a class B misdemeanor for an owner or operator of anamusement ride knowingly to operate, or cause or permit to be operated, anyamusementride in violation of this act.

      (b)   It is a class C misdemeanor knowingly to violate the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.44-1608 andamendments thereto.

      (c)   Each day a violation continues shall constitute aseparate offense.
