Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 16.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      44-1614.   Rules and regulations; Kansas amusementride act.The secretary of labor shall adopt rules andregulations necessary to implement provisions ofthe Kansas amusement ride act, K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 44-1601 through 44-1612, andamendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 44-1613, and amendments thereto.Nothing herein shallbe construed to authorize the secretary of labor to adopt rules and regulationsregulating amusement rides exempted from the Kansas amusement ride act. Suchrules and regulations shall be adopted on or before July 1, 2010.
