44-403
44-403. Bond of licensee.The secretary of labor shall require with eachapplicationfor a license a bond in the penal sum of five hundred dollars with one ormore sureties to be approved by the secretary, andconditioned that theobligors will not violate any of the duties, terms, conditions, provisionsor requirements of this act.
