44-573. Rules and regulations; filing.The director of workers compensation mayadopt and promulgate suchrules and regulationsas the director deems necessary for the purposes ofadministering and enforcingthe provisions of the workers compensation act. Thecommissioner of insurancemay adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as the commissionerof insurance deems necessary for the purposes of administering theworkers compensation fund and group-funded workerscompensation pools. Allsuch rules and regulations shall be filed in the office of the secretary ofstateas provided by article 4 of chapter 77 of the Kansas Statutes Annotatedand amendments thereto.
