      44-578.   Same; administrative rules and regulations.The secretary of administration may adopt rules and regulationsnecessary for the administration of the state workerscompensationself-insurance fund, including the processing and settling of claims forcompensation made against such fund. Such rules and regulations shall besubject to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-3706 and amendments thereto andshall be adoptedin accordance therewith.
