      44-586.   Same; premiums; use; investments.The trustees shall not utilize any of the moneys collectedas premiums for any purpose unrelated to Kansas workers' compensation. Moneys not needed for current obligations may be invested by the trustees.Unless authorized elsewhere in this act, all fundsof a pool shall be invested only in securities or other investments permittedby article 2a of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, or such othersecurities or investments as the commissioner may permit.
