44-594. Same; confidentiality of certain financial information.(a) All records filed with or maintained by the insurancecommissioner under K.S.A. 44-581 through 44-593 and amendments thereto whichrelate to financial information submitted by an employer to qualify as amember of a group-funded workers compensation pool, or to maintain membershipin a pool, or which relate to financial information about any member of a poolthat is submitted by or on behalf of a pool, shall be confidential records andshall not be open to the public or disclosed except as otherwise specificallyprovided by the workers compensation act.
(b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the workerscompensation act.
