      44-612.   Judicial review of secretary's actions.Any action of thesecretary of labor pursuant to K.S.A. 44-601through 44-628, andamendments thereto, is subject to review and enforcement by the supremecourt in accordance with the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions. Any such reviewshall take precedenceover other civil cases before the court, and thehearing and determinationof the action shall be expedited asfully as may be possibleconsistent with a careful and thorough trial and consideration of thematter.
