Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 6.--REGULATION OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY

      44-625.   Effect of act on other rights and remedies.The rights and remedies given and provided by this act shall beconstrued to be cumulative of all other laws in force in said staterelating to the same matters, and this act shall not be interpreted as arepeal of any other act now existing in said state with reference to thesame matters referred to in this act, except where the same may beinconsistent with the provisions of this act.
