Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 7.--EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW

      44-759.   Administrative rulings; availabilityof.On and after January 1, 1998, the secretary oflaborshall make available in a medium readily accessible to contributing employersall administrative rulings of the department oflabor which affectthe duties and responsibilities of contributing employers. Such rulings shallbe provided in such a manner as to conceal the identity of the specificemployer for whom the ruling concerned. The secretary shall cause to bepublished in the Kansas register a description of each such administrativeruling within 30 days of such ruling together with specific instructions as tohow the complete text of the administrative ruling may be obtained.
