      44-810.   Action to suspend or revoke license of business agent.An action shall be commenced by the attorney general or the countyattorney of any county of the state on complaint of any interested party,for the suspension or revocation of the license of any business agent forthe violation of any of the provisions of this act. Said action may becommenced in the district court of the county of residence of such businessagent or of the county in which such violations occurred. Such action shallbe heard by the court without a jury and the code of civil procedure shallapply in such proceedings. The court may suspend such license for such timeas in its judgment is deemed best, or may revoke such license.
