Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 8.--EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

      44-812.   Fees to state general fund.All fees collected by the secretary of state hereunder shall beremitted to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Uponreceipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entireamount in the state treasury to the credit of the state generalfund.
