      44-814.   Violations of act; injunctions.Any person violating the provisions of this act shall not be guilty of acriminal offense except as otherwise provided by law, but may be enjoinedby the attorney general or the county attorney of the proper county or anyaggrieved party from violating the provisions thereof by action in thedistrict court of the proper county.
