      44-816.   Rules and regulations.The secretary of labor may adopt rules andregulations governingthe conduct and canvassing of elections for the selection of collectivebargaining units, and by collective bargaining units relative to approvalof all-union agreements, strikes, walk outs, or cessation of work orcontinuationthereof. Such rules and regulations may be amended, revised, or supplementedfrom time to time as the secretary of labor shalldeem advisable or necessary.
