44-928. Hearing on actions of secretaryor chief inspector;judicial review.(a) Any person aggrieved by any act or determination of the secretary orof the chief inspector, performed or made pursuant to the provisions ofthis act, or rules and regulations adopted hereunder, may request ahearingthereon. Such hearing shall be conductedby the secretary or the secretary's designee in accordance with theprovisions of the Kansasadministrative procedure act.
(b) Any actionof the secretary pursuant to this act is subject toreview inaccordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agencyactions.
