44-929. Exclusive jurisdiction of state over boilersafety.No city, county or other political subdivision of this state shall havethe power to make any laws, ordinances or resolutions providing for theconstruction, installation, inspection, maintenance and repair ofboilers within the limits of such city, county or political subdivision,and any such laws, ordinances or resolutions heretofore made or passedshall be void and of no effect.
