      45-312.   Publication of bills in Kansas register.In all acts containing a provision for their publication one or moretimes in the Kansas register, the secretary of state shall attach to theenrolled bill a certificate stating the date of such publication. In theprinted volume or volumes of laws there shall be appended to each act sopublished the date of such publication, and the issue of the Kansas registerin which it waspublished, which shall be evidence of such publication and the datethereof.
