      45-316.   Payment of expenses; approval.The director of accounts and reports shall draw his or her warrants uponthe state treasurer for services under the provisions of this act, uponvouchers approved by the secretary of state or the director of legislativeadministrative services. All expenses incurred under this act shall be paidfrom funds appropriated for legislative expense.
