Chapter 45.--PUBLIC RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION Article 4.--PUBLIC RECORDS PRESERVATION

      45-411.   Judicial records; supreme court rules.The state records board shall have no control over the disposition of judicialrecords. The supreme court shall make appropriate rules regarding the preservationor disposition of state judicial records, including appellate,district and other courts.
