Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      46-127.   Judicial notice of personnel of legislature; waiver ofprivilege.That all judges of the courts of this state shall take judicial noticeof the personnel of the legislature, and it shall be the duty of said judgeto continue the trial of any cause in which any member of the legislatureappears as attorney of record or party, so that said cause shall not betried and no motion, application or other proceedings shall be taken orheard or judgment rendered therein during a period beginning fifteen daysbefore the legislature convenes and until the expiration of ten days afterthe legislature shall have adjourned sine die, unless such privilege iswaived in open court or in writing by such member.
