46-144. Same; compensation and expenses.The members-elect who attend the preorganizational meeting shall receivecompensation for their services and reimbursement for their expenses at thesame rates as are provided by law for attendance at sessions of thelegislature. Such compensation and expenses shall be paid fromappropriations for expenses of the legislature.
