Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      46-153.   Approval of vouchers for payment from legislativeappropriations.Expenditures of any amounts from appropriations for legislative expenseshall be made only when vouchers therefor have been approved by either thepresident of the senate or the speaker of the house of representatives, inaddition to any other approval required by law.
