Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      46-156.   Terms of members of the legislature; commencement.The regular terms of state representatives and senators shall commenceon the second Monday of January of the year following election.Representatives shall be elected for two year terms. Senators shall beelected for four year terms.
