Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      46-161.   Compensation; expense allowances and mileage of legislators attending meetingsof senate or house.Members of the legislature attending a meeting calledto fill a vacancy as provided by rules of the senate or rules of the houseof representatives, or attending a meeting of the senate called for whateverreason by the president or attending a meeting of the house of representativescalled for whatever reason by thespeaker shall receive compensation, expense allowances andmileage as provided by K.S.A. 75-3212 and any amendmentsthereto.
