46-1219. Same; abolition and transfers relating to Kansas legislativecouncil.Whenever the Kansas legislative council or the secretary of the Kansaslegislative council is referred to or designated by law, contract or otherdocument, such reference or designation shall be deemed to mean and applyto the legislative coordinating council created by this act. Whenever anysuch statute provides for submission of recommendations or reports, suchcouncil may refer the matter submitted to appropriate committees. Wheneverthe research department of the Kansas legislative council is referred to ordesignated by law, such reference or designation shall be deemed to meanand apply to the legislative research department established by this act.
