Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 14.--LEGISLATIVE PETITION FOR SPECIAL SESSION

      46-1401.   Legislative petition for calling of special session bygovernor; form.Whenever any legislator wishes to petition the governor to call a specialsession of the legislature as provided in section 5 of article 1 of theconstitution of the state of Kansas, he shall subscribe the form prescribedin this section, completed by insertion of the name of the governor and thedate of the commencement of the special session. Such form shall be swornto (or affirmed) before an officer authorized to administer oaths. Suchform shall be substantially as follows:
