      46-238.   Restrictions on sale or lease of property and furnishingservices by state officers and employees and candidates for state offices. No state officer or employee or candidate for state office or associatedperson shall charge to or accept from a person known to have a specialinterest a price, fee, compensation or other consideration for the sale orlease of any property or the furnishing of services which is substantiallyin excess of that which other persons in the same business or professionwould charge in the ordinary course of business.
