46-253. "Commission" defined; rules andregulations."Commission" as used in K.S.A. 46-215 to 46-280, inclusive, 46-248a andK.S.A. 46-237a, and amendmentsthereto, means thegovernmental ethicscommission.The commission mayadopt rules and regulations for the administration of the provisions ofK.S.A. 46-215 to 46-280,46-248a and K.S.A. 46-237a, andamendments thereto. Anyrules and regulations adopted by the Kansas commission on governmentalstandards and conduct shallcontinue in force andeffect and shall be deemed to be the rules and regulations of thecommissionuntil revised,amended, repealed or nullified pursuant to law. All rules andregulations of the commissionshall be subject to the provisions of article 4 of chapter 77 of KansasStatutes Annotated.
