      46-261.   Withdrawal of complaint by complainant; civil action, when;admissibility of certain evidence.The commission may permit a complainant to withdraw his or her complaintat any time. The respondent may bring a civil action in the district courtagainst the complainant for malicious prosecution for the filing orprosecution of any complaint with the commission under this act, wheneverunder like circumstances an action for malicious prosecution would arisefor filing or prosecution of an action or complaint in a court. All papersin the possession of the commission relating thereto shall be admissible.
