46-270. Name tags for registered lobbyists; dimensions andspecifications; duties of secretary of state; tags to be worn in statecapitol.The secretary of state shall obtain suitable name tags in two colors, ofa size not smaller than two inches by three inches, to be fastened onthe outside of the wearer's garment with lettering adequate in size andclarity to be readable at a distance of three feet by individuals ofnormal vision, bearing the name of the lobbyist, the names of thepersons compensating or appointing the lobbyist and the year. Thesecretary of state shall present to each individual registering underK.S.A. 46-264 and 46-265 one such tag, and such tag shall beworn by the lobbyist when lobbying in the state capitol building.
