      46-272.   Same; purchase or lease of property or acquisition of servicesfrom state officer or employee, candidate for state office or associatedperson.No lobbyist shall pay or agree to pay to any state officer or employee,candidate for state office or an associated person thereof a price, fee,compensation or other consideration for the sale or lease of any propertyor the furnishing of services which is substantially in excess of thatwhich other persons in the same business or profession would charge in theordinary course of business.
