Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

      46-278.   Severability.If any provision of this act or application thereof to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid application or provision, and to this end the provision of thisact are declared to be severable.
