Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

46-285. Heads of state agencies to submit lists of designees; additionalinformation regarding designees required; organizational chart; certification;filing with secretary of state.(a) The head of every state agency shall submit a list ofdesignees under the agency head's jurisdiction, identifying thepositions, names andhome mailing addresses of all designees of that agency to the commissionannually between March 15 and March 31, inclusive. The agencyhead may prepare andsubmit a separate list for each department, division, bureau or other unitwithin the agency head's jurisdiction. Theagency head shall attach to each list anorganizational chart for the agency, department or division to which thatlist corresponds and shall certify the list to be correct. The agency headshall notify the commission of the name, home address and position of anynew designee under the agency head's jurisdictionwithin 10 days of appointment.The commission may request the head of a state agency to make additionsto or deletions from the list.

(b) The commission shall transmit promptly copies of all lists receivedunder this section to the secretary of state.
