Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 4.--INTERSTATE COOPERATION COMMISSION

      46-401.   Senate committee on interstate cooperation; membership; chairperson.There is hereby established a standing committee of the senate known asthe senate committee on interstate cooperation which shall consist ofseven members of the senate. Six members of the committee shallbe appointed in the same manner as members of other standing committeesof the senate. The president of the senate, or another senator of thesame party designated by the president, shall be a member and chairpersonof the committee.
