46-403. Governor's committee on interstate cooperation; membership;chairman.There is hereby established a committee of administrative officials andemployees of this state to be officially known as the governor's committeeon interstate cooperation which shall consist of six (6) members. Itsmembers shall be: The secretary of administration, ex officio; the attorneygeneral, ex officio; the director of the budget and two (2) administrativeofficials or employees to be designated by the governor. The governor shallalso be a member of the committee and may serve as chairman or may appointone of the other members of the committee as its chairman.
